Horrible way to bank. Im a contractor so 99.9999 percent of the time I will have checks to cash as contractors do. I had four checks to cash and I now have to wait 11 days to get my money smh and no matter how much I explain to the teller I won't mention his name....to cash and deposit my checks he doesn't he will just enter them into the system smh I think he's a little slow quite honestly. Im going to bank through capital one for now on
They can't answer a phone to save their lives and I can't just walk there right now or I'll freeze to death
Worst banking experience I have ever encountered. Literally cannot pay my auto loan unless I mail them a check. They literally won't take my money and customer service is trash.
What kind of bank can't give someone change for $100 bill? this bank! What a joke, I'm glad I bank with another company.
As soon as you walk through the door, you're blasted with the smell of awful BO and mold, it's almost unbearable to be inside. How the employees do it all day is beyond me. Carpet clean? Maybe air fresheners? or remove carpet? It's gross. Do better Fifth Third.
