Absolutely pathetic customer service. They have no problem sitting in their offices watch their two tellers deal with a line of 10+ people. At what point are you too important to help a customer. Or maybe try to assist your employees instead of them working on their feet all day while you sit at a desk and ignore customers. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Switching banks to anyone else will bean upgrade. Customers should not be ignored.
Very difficult bank to deal with. I am sure they will reply to this review and say how willing they are to help but I have already made that call. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes there was no help
I have always been treated amazing at this branch. Service and staff are fantastic; always kind, willing to assist me with whatever ny need is.
