I tried the Easy Home Refi for a rental property in January 2018. We jumped through all the hoops (W-2s, taxes) and was told a refinance could happen. The Branch had emailed me that the whole outstanding balance could be refinanced at 4.69%. I thought that was too good to be true then the loan "expert" from Grand Rapids said that the EASY REFI could only go up to $150,000 which I was okay with.
