Pulled up at 4:55 , went to the atm and tried to pull cash out and it said unable to complete, so we backed out and went to the next one and same thing. There was a lady looking directly at us from the window so we pulled over there and she runs behind the counter and so we got greeted by Tina, mind you we knew they were closed just wanted to ask a question and see if maybe they hadn't been working all day or something, but TINA said that since her computer is shut down the atms dont work which made 0 sense. she then stated ... read more
Had a credit card tied to a business checking that I used for some drafts. They sent me an email saying account need attention. Went to the branch and they couldn't find the account at first, but eventually they did find it. Only owed $2. Paid it and left. Couple months later same thing. Went back to branch owed $2. No one could tell me why. Nothing sent in the mail only email. Paid it again. Guess what? Happened again. The man who helped us today was absolutely amazing (I believe his name was Kyle V.)! He was very nice and was able to help us with everything quickly! 10/10
Not very pleased with my experience so far. Went in Saturday to open a joint account with my spouse and have tried calling the bank the last two days with no answer. Even tried calling my personal bankers card number and no answer as they wanted to get in touch with me to know more about me and my goals. I really wish they’d answer the phones. I also made an Appointment for a phone call at 12:30 today and they never called
Not even my bank but my work uses this bank and they take FOREVER!! The lady with the curly head always has a tone that she doesn't want to be there and always sound rude. Plus ever time I walk in, almost every single office door is open, so I can hear every information that I shouldn't hear. Maybe just needs better employees for this location 🤷🏽♀️
