Not very pleased with my experience so far. Went in Saturday to open a joint account with my spouse and have tried calling the bank the last two days with no answer. Even tried calling my personal bankers card number and no answer as they wanted to get in touch with me to know more about me and my goals. I really wish they’d answer the phones. I also made an Appointment for a phone call at 12:30 today and they never called
Not even my bank but my work uses this bank and they take FOREVER!! The lady with the curly head always has a tone that she doesn't want to be there and always sound rude. Plus ever time I walk in, almost every single office door is open, so I can hear every information that I shouldn't hear. Maybe just needs better employees for this location 🤷🏽♀️
Worst bank DO NOT USE this BANK if you have a business they will put you out of business. First wire transfer 15k held for over a month. Go to Truist best bank I have ever been with no issues at all.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst bank ever. I’ll be removing my money as soon as I can set up somewhere else.
