I’m from Boone, not a customer but doing work for my mother who is a customer. I needed help with POA and taking care of her mortgage. Charles was very helpful but more importantly really seemed to care that all the correct paperwork was done. He called me more than once to check on the status of things. Even after a week since I needed him last, he called just to make sure everything was good. Now that’s a good employee!
Anytime I have a question for my mothers account all I have to do is call Joni if she doesnt answer I leave a message and she always follows up with us asap. Thank you Joni

Been with 5/3 for 12 years and have never had the experience at this branch I’ve had anywhere else. Not only are all the offices usually full of employees, but there are plenty of tellers to help and I can almost never get someone to answer the phone. I went in to order a new card since I lost mine. They told me it would take about a week. 10 days later and no card, I called the branch.
