Yesterday I wasted an hour on the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. No last name given when I asked. Ever had a person withhold their name that had nothing to hide? Me either. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is charged here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as ... read more

The people here are slow! I waited in the drive thru for almost 45 mins , they act like people are not wasting their gas sitting here!!!!!
