Soy cliente de este banco hace muchos años, fui a realizar un depósito en el Fifth Third Bank de Golden Gate y me rechazaron un billete fisurado de inmediato ingresé al banco para hablar con un asesor y me dieron una atención pésima y la respuesta y solución que me brindaron es que “Me dirija a un Win Dixie para que me cambien el billete” me parece una falta de respeto el hecho que me brinden una atención tan pésima siendo un cliente de tantos años y además falta de ética profesional enviarme a otro lugar a realizar un cambi... read more
Me dirigí al banco Fifth Third Bank de golden gate a realizar un deposito pero el banco me rechazo un billete aparte cuando ingrese a hablar con un asesor me dieron una respuesta que realmente me decepcionó por completo siendo yo un cliente de tantos años me dijeron que en un Win Dixie me cambian el billete y que no me podían ayudar por que "A ELLOS TAMPOCO LES SIRVE DE NADA TENER UN BILLETE ROTO" quisiera tener los nombres de los asesores que me dieron tan deplorable respuesta, pero aun con demas personal presente ninguno i... read more
Currently sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes and haven’t been acknowledged yet. This is the slowest and worst Fifth Third Bank there’s is. Avoid at all costs!
