very poor customer service, unwilling to be helpful in reconciling a transaction in question…. continued to refer to company policy without attempting to provide personal assistance to customer care… disappointing experience after being with 5/3 for 20 years
Very bad services
I’m so happy with the costumer service at this branch. I’m here in USA for few months and went to open a bank account and my Banker Denisa Baha was very helpful , very knowledgeable very patient and made me feel so comfortable while she explained every step when opening the account. I definitely will go back to her and I wished every banker was like her. Denisa Thank you . You are the best .
