Stole a 1,493 check and refused to give it back
I’ve been a 5th/3rd customer since the 80s. Today, I had an extremely frustrating experience. My grand daughter, 9, and her friend raised money from a lemonade stand for the local dog rescue for which I volunteer I wanted to deposit the money in my account and had $10 in coins. They told me they wouldn’t take coins unless it was rolled. If I had enough to roll, I would have done it. You cant get change back as a retailer. Customers do not pay us in exact change. it’s ridiculous. your a bank!!!! I just put a request in with my corporate office to switch banks. Its an inconvenience to go here.
