I had been waiting for weeks to resolve my refund issue and made several calls to customer service without any progress. The ladies at this branch handled everything quickly and professionally. They solved my problem within 24 hours. I truly appreciate their efficiency, kindness, and dedication to helping customers. This branch provides outstanding service, and I’m very thankful for their support.
I went in due to fraud on my account. Which they still haven’t corrected. The float teller Jacklyn told me to leave bc no one could help me. She didn’t even try to reach out to another employee just told me to leave. I did not appreciate that answer. Asked another teller to let me speak with the manager. Wasn’t that hard to get him to speak to me so I’m questioning why this horrible employee told me to leave. She really needs an attitude check and some additional training if they intend to keep her. LOL, they told me they wanted 250 dollars to cash a 2500 dollar check. Get real!
This bank falsely accused me of a crime because I came in there with a lighter. Apparently, the tellers they think they’re big shots because they work at a bank and like to accuse people of threatening to burn down a bank because they’re holding a lighter wouldn’t recommend this bank. They’re very rude and don’t think they’re accountable for their actions
Stole a 1,493 check and refused to give it back
