Terrible customer service. Opted out of everything related overdraft initially and now they’re telling me that I accepted their overdraft coverage so I’m being charged over $100 for less than $20 of actual overdraft. Not to mention I go 0 notifications that my account was low or overdrawn the entire time. The only reason I know is because I checked my account in the middle of the week and saw it there, but no text, email, call, or app alerts. Absolutely unacceptable, even Wells Fargo is better
Very friendly, helpful and great service
The absolute slowest 5/3 branch I've ever visited in my life. Extreamly understaffed on Saturdays. Don't waste your time.
