If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother banked her for 15 years and never had an issue. Now in 2021, someone withdraw $1000 from her savings account with a withdraw ticket at this location. Then another $500 was withdrawn, same way, same account 6 months later. No once did their tellers spot one the 2 different names written on the ticket. The teller did not do their due diligence and see that she never does any type of transaction from her saving, no withdraws, no transfer, no deposits. They did not verify the ids. We c... read more
Walked in with a "Fifth Third" Cashiers Check and they wanted to charge me a fee??? WOW! Another reason I dropped these money grubbers!
Wow! I was banking with Chase but their website is clunky and I got boilerplate replies to my inquiries. I went back to Fifth Third Bank and I couldn't be happier. Just signed some papers with Felipe at this location. He's 100% professional and efficient. I'm treated like a human, not a number. What a difference!
I'd give ZERO stars if possible. Avoid this bank at all costs. Elizabeth the "banker" will tell you one thing and then have a "manager" call and tell you it was fabricated. They will steal your money and make up reasons why deposits weren't added before debits. Don't even ask to speak to a manager. They change "rules" as they go. Very sad. Hopefully my next bank is more willing to work with their customers.
Great branch. Not busy. Good deals for CCPS teachers.
