Horrible bank! I agree with the rest of the reviews here. Olanrewaju O Ojemuyiwa will make you feel unwanted and Fifth Third Bank will close your account for absolutely NO reason. Mind you, this incident happened during one of their $100 checking accounts promotion. I was walking towards them in Kroger to open a checking account with a smile on my face while Olanrewaju O Ojemuyiwa and another banking associate completely ignored my presence. I love this Bank
Your bank manager, I think his name is Robert, just made me feel like I wasn’t wanted there for bringing in $50 worth of pennies my sister got me as a joke gift. I was told I could go to another bank so they could count it because he was going to have to open each roll and count each penny. Mind you they were in labeled boxes that clearly said $25 pennies all over it from a bank and rolled already! Ummmm where was I in the first place? Not a bank?
