The system isn't the fastest I will say but the one lady I got really made up for it. None of the staff seemed especially ride or mean but Victoria keives was top notch, she was super nice and amazing.

The bankers here are top notch, love the bank itself. Their system not so much. Watching money being stolen from my account. But since it’s Friday after 7 I can’t lock my card. Cashapp has the option to remote lock a card but not fifth third?
TLDR; Worst bank ever, I regret coming here. Hidden fees, and messing up a loan TWICE. I'd rather cash checks at Walmart than use this bank. I don't know exactly how the hidden ATM fee works. But when I use a non Fifth Third ATM that has a service charge of under $1, Fifth Third will hit me a $3.50 service charge. That alone is horrible business.
