One more example of bad customer service. Received five emails that my check statements were ready to print. This was at 8am. At 10am still not there and all I get is so sorry. Called Gull Rd and they told me that was because we are not at the end of month. I have done this for 13 years and have always been able to get my statements when the end of the month was on Saturday or Sunday. No one suggest they call that department to see what was going’s on. Do NOT tell me my statements are ready if they are NOT.
I have banked at 53rd bank for years, I have not attended the Gull rd branch until recent. I was a very bad experience, Bad enough to stop banking at 53rd. I went to redraw funds and change pin number for card,. First issue was the wait n line, being disable with 3 spinal surgery. I cannot stand for long periods.
