Went to Deposit my Rent in the bank today & the Bank Teller was very rude to me. After sitting there for at least 20 minutes watching her serve everyone else she finally got my money & had me to write the account number & the name of the person on the account down. After doing that she takes another 15 minutes to get back with me & deposits my money into the wrong account. Been a customer a good twenty years. Have checking, Mortgage, Home E ect with this bank. Went to deposit a check my son had signed over to me (for an amount less then 200) into my checking account. NOPE---could not take a signed over check for a customer of 20 years that only banks there. What the F????? i Have direct deposits totalling over pretty close to 3 grand a month.
