I've had such an amazing experience here! Everyone is extremely friendly and very professional. I've personally never had to wait in a line. Javan is one of the nicest people I've ever met, the way she handles your questions and concerns is unlike any other experience I've had at a bank. Not only does she follow up with you multiple times, but she truly LISTENS. Fifth third is beyond lucky to have her. I would highly recommend this Bank for all of your financial needs!

Rude tellers. One of the bankers there tried to give/get information about my account with someone else(I’m the only one on the account). So definitely recommend going anywhere else.
