Came in a little bit impatient while getting a voided check which is on me. I spoke with Christian Spielberg who was helping out a coworker at the time. He was very professional and personable and got me what I needed very quickly. My brother had him as a banker too a while back and still remembers him--ie Christian left a really good impression.
