Live in the neighborhood and have always found teller staff to be kind and helpful. Plan to open another account soon and will choose your bank because of my experience at this branch.
I went there on Saturday. After waiting for 30 minutes, could not open a bank account because I guess the guy did not like to do it. Never ever will go to this place again. I had to drive 15 minutes to go to another branch. at Harvard and Lee. Nice people. They opened the account for me.
Always helpful. Much better experience than the bank across the street.
Managers at this location need to be more productive and proactive about assistance to thier customers! Vs lying to customers and giving them the run around because they are too lazy to do what they are paid to do. That is customer service!!
