I stopped in to open a checking account, and I was helped by Grace, an account manager. She is amazing. Grace explained the different options with the account, and she walked me through setting it up. She was extremely professional and understood my needs completely. I appreciate the attention and the service. These days, it's hard to find someone like Grace who understands service and who doesn't push products. Always extremely good and friendly service. I never have an issue here.
Had a very good interaction with the teller at the window ! She was so bright and joyous on a glooomy day ! I definitely recommend this bank ! Wish I would have gotten her name !
Doesn't actually listen to customer concerns, just states what's probably the company line "I'm sorry you experienced that." Good customer service is actually hearing the issue, then at least trying to understand it, not talking over the customer with platitudes. North Ridgeville branch is better!
