Let me be clear - the North Olmsted Branch of 5/3 is great. No complaints about the branch as they are professional and do their best to help the customer. Now that said... If you are looking for a bank for something as simple a receiving a paycheck - FIND ANOTHER BANK!! I stopped in to open a checking account, and I was helped by Grace, an account manager. She is amazing. Grace explained the different options with the account, and she walked me through setting it up. She was extremely professional and understood my needs completely. I appreciate the attention and the service. These days, it's hard to find someone like Grace who understands service and who doesn't push products.
