Doesn't actually listen to customer concerns, just states what's probably the company line "I'm sorry you experienced that." Good customer service is actually hearing the issue, then at least trying to understand it, not talking over the customer with platitudes. North Ridgeville branch is better!
I have been using Fifth Third Bank for years.. I wouldnt think of changing banks. Fifth Third has the best staff .their staff is kind and knowledgeable and will help with any banking problem.They sure helped me many times over..
Let me be clear - the North Olmsted Branch of 5/3 is great. No complaints about the branch as they are professional and do their best to help the customer. Now that said... If you are looking for a bank for something as simple a receiving a paycheck - FIND ANOTHER BANK!!
