Great service, Shamika made opening my account a breeze if your coming to this location definitely ask for her she has amazing customer service. Very informative about all the options Fifth Third has to offer im over thrilled with my experience for sure the best banking experiences ive had.
Bad customer service, however the two african american gentleman are always great when i came in but the spanish guy totally rude and uncaring. This company has Out of country customers reps that hung up on me and did not address my needs. Since I opened my account, i have not been able to gain access and that has been about 1 year and the branch could not help, customers service only unlocked my account but i still could get access then i ised the account number and debit card number and still no access that and the bad cus... read more
