Overall , good experience , good customer service , clean building really no complaints
This bank seriously needs to fix their ATM machine. What is the problem consecutively over the years this ATM struggles ! Can’t deposit money or checks 90 percent of the time! Absolutely ridiculous! You drive all the way here to handle business and make transactions and your machines are never operating correctly! Avoid this bank at all costs ! This is the bank located on Lorain and 217th which is the Fairview location.
I recently visited this branch, and I had a wonderful experience. Nicole at the front desk was welcoming and made sure all my questions were addressed. Amanda went above and beyond to help me manage my account, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and support. Their friendly and attentive service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be returning to this branch for my banking needs and highly recommend it to everyone.
