I attempted to withdraw $9900 from my checking account and was told I couldn't withdraw that amount. They agreed to allow me to withdraw $4000 and I asked for the withdrawal slip I filled out for the $9900 back so I can destroy it. The teller said she would destroy it and I had nothing to worry about. Three weeks later $9900 dollars was withdrawn from my account. Lewis Allen was an amazing help on the phone. After calling several other locations I finally called this location and I’m so glad I did. For now on I will speak to Lewis only because of how much of a help he was. He represent 5/3 bank well. He mad my day and baking a 5/3 better thank you Mr. Allen
