Rude!! I had a question about my account and the lady couldnt answer it for me so she said she was going to transfer me to customer service and instead transfered me to their main menu! i called her back at least 8 times, rejected my call every time!! i am highly upset with those people!
I have been telling this bank for months that they are sending me personal bank account information that is for someone else. I know the bank balance of this guy. I know the last numbers of his account number. They claim that they were going to take care of this. It's been MONTHS!! I live in Canada and do not have an account. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BANK!!
