Got off the phone earlier with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

Really upset with 5/3 right now. I deposited a check on Saturday and Friday - 7 days later- it still has a hold, even though it cleared on Monday. They bounced my rent check even though the funds were there. They still owe me $53 from their open an account promotion. Today will be my 3rd interaction to get tbis cleared up. I am not impressed with how they "build relationships".
