Without question, the worst bank I have ever dealt with. No customer service. Won't answer questions about account. I do not trust them. Will be closing account soon.
Ormond location is great the bank manager spent his time with me and attempted to solve some issues i was dealing with
Would give it zero stars if I could showed up right at twelve to cash a check and they already had the door locked then opened it for me and denied cashing my check because they were ready to go home even asked politely to just do it this one time and was told technically I was a minute late by the time they opened the door for me and didn’t want to cash the check because they wanted to go home do your self a favor and pick any other bank to do business with
Customer service at the brick and mortar branch is excellent; HOWEVER, and this a BIG however, the corporate customer service via the 800 is the worst I've ever experienced.
