I visited this financial center today. I was not acknowledged upon entering the office. One of the employees walked right by me and said nothing and then went into a back room. There was one employee at the teller line and one in an office with clients. I spoke to the person at the teller line and they advised me that there was a wait to see the only banker. I’ve had to open two new bank account since I came to Florida and I’ve truly had the absolute best experience at this bank. It’s always in very good order and well staffed. I never worry about lines or customer service as any question I’ve had they’ve been able to deal with very quickly and efficiently.

They don't have a manager and only one person working. Their customer service sucks. I just wanna close my account and they said I have to use cash.
