Overall, the bank is great. The 2 stars reflects what was a 1-star experience with the online chat. I was initially told, "your expected wait time is 5-10 minutes. " After 3 different prompts from me asking "is anybody home?," I gave up after waiting nearly 30 minutes and left the app. If you can't answer a chat request within the time frame you stated, then just shut the thing down altogether.

I visited this financial center today. I was not acknowledged upon entering the office. One of the employees walked right by me and said nothing and then went into a back room. There was one employee at the teller line and one in an office with clients. I spoke to the person at the teller line and they advised me that there was a wait to see the only banker. I sat in the lobby to wait. The banker finished up with their client and continued to type on her computer and still not acknowledge my presence. After 5 minutes, I got ... read more

I’ve had to open two new bank account since I came to Florida and I’ve truly had the absolute best experience at this bank. It’s always in very good order and well staffed. I never worry about lines or customer service as any question I’ve had they’ve been able to deal with very quickly and efficiently.
