It's been more than 10 years since I got an account with 5/3 at the Grand Av-MLK Ave. Right now, my account if frozen. But according to the court-letter only a certain amount is supposed to be frozen, the rest should be available for usage. But, nor a branch/phone service or app-help can help me to make my only money available to pay for basic needs. I hope someone sees this and helps me to solve this issue.
They used to be a good bank now they just greedy and don't value or respect customers
