I think it is unfair for this branch to receive such negative reviews because I always have pleasant experience every time I visit the branch. Staff are always welcoming and they help me. Staff are not there to entertain or chat with customers. They have work to do just like anyone else. They are not what other bad comments portray. They are good Staff.

Horrible! I moved my Business and personal accounts from them. Avoid this bank at all cost. I get 6% interest at new bank on my $ i leave there. They wanna charge me to leave money lol
This is THE worst bank !! They have people in customer service that don’t know English and are extremely hard to understand. They have no relationship with their clients and go through 5 steps of identification even when transferring you! I have also never had a bank that cannot block a transaction, but I have been on the phone with them for the past seven months, trying to cancel a reoccurring transaction to no avail.
