Bank teller hellen I believe is awesome, friendly and honest. To bad the location is closing 1-27-2021. I sure will miss the workers I see daily.
Horrible bank! NEVER USE THE ATM! The atm stole my card and the customer service line is only open when the bank is!! I'm closing my account Monday morning.
The employees are always so friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. I opened a secured credit card and they went out of their way to help me understand it and informed me on the best way to make my credit score go up. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Even when I call with a special request. They know me by face and name. Very down to earth. Personally I've been banned from this location. An associate jumped in my private conversation. And I reduced her to tears.
Fees charged to cash a check drawn on them! What the hell? I get charged to cash one of your checks?!! #avoidfifththirdbank ***** edit: so this location wants to charge me $65 to cash check. The location in LWR charged $25 for same check! 🤨 Makes me wonder who’s pocket the difference was going into. 🤔
