I went to the bank today, and Serenity was very helpful with a banking issue. She took steps "above and beyond" what was necessary to make sure everything went well. This is a nice bank, and the staff have always been very helpful. I recommend this branch.
I use this place when I'm away from home.
Do not go here if you want your card shredded! It told me to insert my card or scan the barcode, I always insert my card because the barcode doesn’t work half the time. Well, I was wrong… I inserted my card and never saw it again! There were no signs that would tell me my card wouldn’t be returned. Not to mention when I deposited my money I asked for a receipt back, I then checked the receipt and it was blank! If you live in the Denver/Maiden area I’d recommend going to a surrounding 5/3 branch for a better experience.
The entire staff at the Maiden NC 5/3 branch are beyong compare!!! Helped me navigate demands from a government agency to a positive outcome! Serenity Hester, Patti, Chanelle, Payton, and Star are not only extremely professional, but are sincerely interested in their customers as people. A great experience every time!!!
