On March 6, 2025; I had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people at the Fifth Third Bank on Highway 150, Maiden NC. The work that needed to be completed was a little intense and little complexed. I have to say, first the staff at this branch has a such a wonderful presence. On 11/4/24 I made a cash deposit inside this branch. That money was deposited into an account that doesn't belong to me. I realized this mistake within 4 hours and called. I was then informed that the time limit to correct their mistake had closed and it would take 1-2 days. It's now been 3 days and I still do not have my money and I'm being met with less than sincere apologies and a condescending attitude. Switched over to Fifth Third roughly 3-4 years ago and it has been nothing but a great experience. The branch manager, Serenity, is quite possibly the nicest person and is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always quick to help with any problem I am having and always has a smile on her face. The tellers there have also been phenomenal as well. Great group!
This branch has the worst customer service!!! They definitely don't care about the customer. Would be nice if there was a 0 star option
Don't recommend banking there. No costumer service at all whatsoever. Called 2 times and left a message with my "personal banker" still haven't received a call back. Not so personal
