The loan dept does not what they are doing, I paid and they are saying I didn't. which the bank records show I paid. called them 2x they said they would fix it but didn't. When to the bank spoke to branch mgr Chris. was not helpful at all, but took off the late fee, which was the loans dept fault. This is the worst bank I've done business with. poor loan dept, so sad they don't have a negative star, not just for them but for all other companies
Linda is helpful, efficient and I absolutely love seeing all of her different gnomes every time I come in 😋
Made an appointment for a locker, it was rescheduled by them twice. I show up, and after 20 minutes am told that the price is 3X what they originally told me, AND no box is available :)
