Finally was able to speak to a person after days of trying. Wanted to make an appointment regarding will/trust. Was told it's a "plug and play app" and need to do on there first . When asked about the fee he said it's around $250, he couldn't remember and can ask a lawyer after completed on line. I don't want to do or pay anything before questions answered. Family has been customers for years. Not impressed with the phone conversation or the app.
