The Cattleman road branch has been our branch for many years now. We recently used one of fifth thirds services and have to honestly say it was an awesome experience! From the branch manager Casie, and the Magnificent Sergio🙂 who worked things out from the beginning to the end and was always on top of everything for our needs. This team made it happen!! Just opened an account here. Great assistance and personal service in a small and friendly bank. It reminds me of the bank service we had growing up.
Waited in the drive thru to deposit a check for 15 minutes on a Friday during lunch. The male teller ignored us completely and took cars that came after us in other lanes. Made a few rude comments to us. They need more tellers during lunch in Friday. We sat there from start to finish for a good 25 min. So frustrating when you’re on a limited time schedule.
