I used to love this Bank.I became a customer when they opened. I left Truist (BBT) after 25+ years due to poor customer service. Unfortunately, 5/3 is starting to be the same. SLOW service at the drive thru. Also inside too.

As power of attorney at the time I opened a CD, and then Two days before I was going to roll it over , they said it was purchased fraudulently?? Really after 7 months. I’ve tried customer service ( rude service) very inexperienced people, sat in the bank for two hours. Never returned calls!
Bay shore Gardens…they are the worst branch of this bank in the whole state. nasty old women… i hated to even go there today and as usual they were worthless. Usually I make the drive to the downtown office 50 Central ave …Service is great, professional and knowledgeable. But today I was short on time. Never Again!
