Awesome staffs , always well greeted
As power of attorney at the time I opened a CD, and then Two days before I was going to roll it over , they said it was purchased fraudulently?? Really after 7 months. I’ve tried customer service ( rude service) very inexperienced people, sat in the bank for two hours. Never returned calls!
Bay shore Gardens…they are the worst branch of this bank in the whole state. nasty old women… i hated to even go there today and as usual they were worthless. Usually I make the drive to the downtown office 50 Central ave …Service is great, professional and knowledgeable. But today I was short on time. Never Again!
Went in to open an account they had no computer cause the 2 people on them where in Facebook come back about 5hrs later say what my only day off so u can come backno I go in at 10pm mam please don't tell anyone lol really
