Currently have my mortgage through 5/3 (not by choice) and this bank is a JOKE!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Customer service/insurance is awful! Noone knows what is going on with my account. You can never get through to the local branch by phone, why even bother having one!!!! Would LOVE to refinance through a different bank/lender if only rates weren't astronomical atm.
Friendly staff that won't notarize my auto title when I've been banking here all my life. Guess I'll go to my home location 30 minutes down the road.
