This branch is awful. My wife went to make a payment with cash then was asked for her drivers license and was denied to make the payment because she didn’t have an account profile. The bank should take the payment no matter who pays the bill. Just don’t give out balance information etc. Also contacted the Corporate office and they are looking into the matter.
I believe in my account being protected from scams. I had some problems. I believe in this bank protection agency. I will have more than one bank, but this bank has many benefits most don't have. No monthly fee and smart shield. I pray those brave souls do their best at their career. I don't want to be yet another victim of identity theft.
The customer service at this branch is awful. So unwelcoming every time I’m there. Makes me want to close my accounts and go to another bank.
