Horrible, el hombre que me atendio en el telefono no sabe li que es servicio al cliente, mal educado. Si usted no tienen paciencia no trabaje con publico.mil veces mal educado.
I do not recommend this bank at all, 53 is a good bank but this branch does not have good costumer service at all.first they messed up my deposit over 200 $ , this was on a Friday, then they said they couldn't fix it till Monday morning and promised it would be handled at 8am. Here it is 11 am and I was told they still are waiting to get authorisation, I asked to speak to a manager Friday and Monday and there appears to never be one at this branch.
