I being banking with Fith third for over 7 years and I had the worst experienced from one of their personal bankers Matt that was supossed to call me back ,and there was no call, no follow up no answers he did it twice 👎 this branch really needs to shape up and be a serious about customer service, I really feel like switching to a new bank . horrible customer service ! I did not want to leave not even 1 star they don’t deserve it .
So my younger brother, who isn’t perfect with banking, needed his refund from school. His number got changed, and he didn’t know how to do it, so I went with him. Plus, he made the account a few years ago and asked if I could come. From the beginning to the end, it was nothing but problems with all of the staff.
