Worse service and not professional. The staff's looks like they don't even want to be there! They wanna get paid by doing only 10 percent of there job! Wow what a shame!!by that,ill no longer bank with 53rd anymore
Alexandra was very kind. The rest of the stuff ignored me and when I call this office location the call is always forwarded to the voicemail. I called from another number and then it was answered, I was ignored or not acknowledged for about 15 mins in the office and what made it so bad that the person with a office was in there with the door open talking to his colleague about The Knicks game.
