Alexandra was very kind. The rest of the stuff ignored me and when I call this office location the call is always forwarded to the voicemail. I called from another number and then it was answered, I was ignored or not acknowledged for about 15 mins in the office and what made it so bad that the person with a office was in there with the door open talking to his colleague about The Knicks game.
I did not know asking for a newer hundred dollar bill will make a teller lie just because she did not want to bother to look for one. Once confronted to see the manager, the newer bills magically appeared. I’m seriously thinking of moving all my accounts to another bank after banking with 5/3 for over 20 years.
