I did not know asking for a newer hundred dollar bill will make a teller lie just because she did not want to bother to look for one. Once confronted to see the manager, the newer bills magically appeared. I’m seriously thinking of moving all my accounts to another bank after banking with 5/3 for over 20 years.
Rude staff, didnt want to even listen, rolled her eyes. Wont be returning to this branch.
I being banking with Fith third for over 7 years and I had the worst experienced from one of their personal bankers Matt that was supossed to call me back ,and there was no call, no follow up no answers he did it twice 👎 this branch really needs to shape up and be a serious about customer service, I really feel like switching to a new bank . horrible customer service ! I did not want to leave not even 1 star they don’t deserve it .
