I’ve been a client of Fifth Third bank for the past 10 years at least. I find that as I get older I don’t have very many people I can count on anymore. Thankfully, there are such kind people at Fifth Third bank, in Maitland.. Alexis in particular is one of my favorite bankers. She has been with me for some time and prior to her. There was another girl named Alexis who helped me. Thank you so much for always remembering me and making me feel heard. It is so important to feel valued and they do that.

Horrible service had to call another branch! Needed business checks guy put me on hold for 10 minutes tried calling back and ignored the call had to call a more professional branch to get my needs fulfilled! Horrible customer service
The Maitland branch started off great, but after trying to get a check stopped they did not return my calls, emails or notes, and I am a "preferred member". I am sorry I moved my account here.
