Had multiple times where I call ask for assistance get told they’re gonna see what they can do and will call me back then don’t has been the worst banking experience so far
I’ve been a client of Fifth Third bank for the past 10 years at least. I find that as I get older I don’t have very many people I can count on anymore. Thankfully, there are such kind people at Fifth Third bank, in Maitland.. Alexis in particular is one of my favorite bankers. She has been with me for some time and prior to her. There was another girl named Alexis who helped me. Thank you so much for always remembering me and making me feel heard. It is so important to feel valued and they do that.
