Terrible terrible, they put holds on checks with out any explanation. When you ask to speak with the branch manager he or she is unavailable. When you ask to speak with next person in charge. There is no one. Do not trust this bank they are awe full. They have created a unexplainable hardship on me with out a care. I’m a single mom trying to help my son and the bank just put a 10 day hold. Because of this bank my son might loose his vehicle. Any body please explain how this is acceptable? Please anyone? Unfortunately this bank will. Ickes and dime you for everything my employer failed to do direct deposit my check this week and they literally charged me to put the check into my account Very poor customer service. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP
