Opened new account and I was impressed how fast the task was done.
Special thank you to Luz at this branch for her help and kindness. She took care of the issue that we had even though it was not her branch that the account originated in. She even called me the next day to ensure we were taken care of. Luz will be our trusted banker moving forward and we highly recommend her.
We opened up a few accounts at a different 5th Third location. At first the bankers body language showed he didn't want to help us and tried to get us not to open an account. In my opinion because it was more then 1 account maybe he didn't want to do the work. However as time went by he became friendly. Then the next day we checked our accounts and a hold was placed on 1 of them. Fraud dept said we needed tax returns or a few other items which they didn't even know what one of the forms were.
