Excellent customer service skills, mixed with a little bit of friendliness and compassion is a talent that goes a long way, especially when it's pure and true. I hateeeee this branch and one of the employees mina (male) gives people the hardest times. He either knows his job or he doesn’t. Allowed one of us to be misgendered and called sir from customer service with no corrections, called my girlfriend my “sister” after another employee had just got finished calling the two of pretty. Overall either dont bank with 5/3, and if you do ignore the one to the very left side which is Mina Fanous. Doesnt matter if hes not busy or not, he never is so he’ll probably be the first to call you... read more
