Excellent customer service skills, mixed with a little bit of friendliness and compassion is a talent that goes a long way, especially when it's pure and true. I want to send a huge thanks to two young ladies who work at this branch on Lee Rd in Orlando. They were both amazing right from the start. Great attitudes, a nice smile and extremely helpful. I hateeeee this branch and one of the employees mina (male) gives people the hardest times. He either knows his job or he doesn’t. Allowed one of us to be misgendered and called sir from customer service with no corrections, called my girlfriend my “sister” after another employee had just got finished calling the two of pretty. Overall either dont bank with 5/3, and if you do ignore the one to the very left side which is Mina Fanous. I’ve been trying to get in touch with this location off and on for 3 months since it’s the closest to my house. No one ever answers the phone.
Who’s running this division? ATMs always out of paper, bathrooms out of order. Need a new manager who’d care better for this place.
