Taylor contacted me with some important information about my account, that I was not aware of . I really appreciate that. It was not something all banks would have done. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable .
Edited: after two hours of working with the banker named Eric, who was very patient kind and helpful, they were able to validate my identity and release the holds on my funds. I did not close my account, but I did withdraw all of the money because I have not yet received a debit card and I don’t have two hours a day to spend when I need to withdraw money.
