I'm very disappointed with my experience with Fifth Third. I setup a business account in their brand with Ryan which seemed to go fine. Later they claimed that the check I wrote wasn't good even though I wrote another check later that same day for 10X the amount. I called customer service and Ryan to work things out. They told me to send a bank statement from my current bank which I did. Then they just decided to close my account. Their lack of communication and customer service is not worth your time.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this branch. One employee, in particular, was extremely rude and displayed behavior that I found unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. It made my visit very uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall attitude of the staff seemed unmotivated, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of care one would expect.
