Great customer care and conveniently open when I need it.
5th third is an okay bank with horrible customer service, especially phone lines. I had an account I was unable to get into with another service, and they charged me 33$ to cancel that service. This was akin to a hulu subscription that I had errors getting into the account, and yet they charged ME money to cancel it.
They wanted to charge $60 to cash one of their checks, unheard of!

I’ve been a Fifth Third Bank customer for around 5 years, and I’ve never experienced such poor service. I called recently and spoke with Jen, who hung up on me within seconds saying she cant hear me when she didnot even give me chance to speak ! extremely rude and unprofessional. I honestly wonder how she even got hired and manages to keep a job with that kind of attitude.
