I almost lost $45,000 one time because my identity got hacked and the banker helped me and I didn’t lose anything but sometimes the banker straightening out the mess when I go in and need a banker I usually can get help and they’re always helpful and the tellers are always friendly
I don't usually do this, but one of the bankers there was so rude and condescending that I almost considered closing my account. I collect my leftover change and usually deposit it back into my account, which I figured wouldn't be a problem since it's a bank and I have an account. I’ve been with this bank for some years. My Daughter and I went in last week and she made a withdrawal, the teller asked her what her plans were with the funds. That was absolutely none of his business! When my Daughter responded he stated “you didn’t have to tell me all that”. That interaction was very concerning. Someone impersonating me walked into this branch and opened a joint checking account in my name, then transferred $25,000 from my savings account into the new account. They then WALKED OUT OF THE BANK WITH MY CASH!!! BTW, I live in Cincinnati, OH. I went into my local branch to ensure that alerts/freezes were put on all my accounts on Friday, by Sunday someone in Michigan was again using my debit card this time to make online purchases.
