Horrible customer service...I called today and ask for the branch manager informed they where not in.....WOMAN with Spanish accent continuously hung up on me .... SHE GETS PAID TO DO THIS....IM INFURIATED WITH THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH AND MARIA SANCHEZ ON LEE ROAD... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!! I WISH I could give one star...sorry Ass service
Ana from this Branch is clueless… I called after my husband was told “It’s not my problem if anyone who has spoken to you is not agreeing with what your saying” mind you SHE DOESNT KNOW THE POLICY! How does someone work in a Bank and not know the policies?! We reached out for an Overdraft Charge that was not correct! READ your website over … or get a new job!
