If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a text notification zelle stating that a zelle payment had been sent via my phone number and that I would need to enroll into zelle.... I've had 53rd and zelle registered for nearly 10 years. I go into the 53rd app... sure enough my phone number is missing. My payment was also missing.... I call the 53rd online banking. I have a credit card with 53rd Bank good credit score. They won't even take coinage of quarters on the $5 I have to be in a roll even as a payment. Yeah they trying to get me to open a bank account stay away from the bank. The bank is refusing to either they have lazy employees or they're refusing to accept money everything is all digital with them. The point of having a bank if they can deal with any type of currency. I’m posting this review because I am very grateful. I went in today and a young man named Joshua helped me out. I have my mortgage and business account with fifth third bank. This young Man was very patient and very helpful. I asked for some of last year bank statements, and he gladly helped me out. Compliments to whoever the manager is and compliments to the District Manager. Because this young man delivered exceptional Customer Service. Thanks for having such a great branch
Horrible customer service. Fifth Third went to my place of work to get us to sign up with them. I dropped by the branch on S. Orange Avenue here in Orlando on Saturday March 21, 2026 at 11:20am. There were only two cars in the parking lot, making mine the third vehicle. I knew walking in there wouldn't be many customers in there. When I walked into the branch there was one sleepy hispanic guy behind the counter and he denied me service stating they couldn't help me because they closed at 12 noon on Saturdays.
