this banks outdoor Atm is ALWAYS down and never allowing cash deposits and it’s SO inconvenient. i go 10 mins out of my way to deposit and the atm is always broken when i want to deposit cash.

When i first opened an account with this bank i thought i would love it but the more time went on the more inconvenient this bank became it takes damn near 2 weeks for a check to clear in your account if its a healthy amount but unlike other banks they will release a small portion to you but they don’t and when you call to ask questions the operator acts like the have to flip through 100 pages in a book to find an answer yes i will be closing this account very soon and my daughters account as well do not recommend this bank ... read more

The service was horrible,I waited more than 15 minutes on teller line waiting and u decided to leave with out the services. So sad that Ms.Rosa Pena was not there. She knows how to handle business.
