I hate that there has to one star. We arrived at the drive through, asked for a withdrawal ticket, and there were two employees behind the counter. Fifteen minutes later, the teller says she has to get her manager’s approval for the withdrawal, but he is with a customer in his office. I saw him walk from behind the counter and no one went with him. Simple tasks at this branch take a terrible amount of time.
