I literally put over draft protection on my account…. And now my account is over drawn because apparently you have to put it on your debit card and ach…. They illegally charge fees when you clearly put the over draft protection on… Will be looking for another bank to house my money… I don’t deal well with liars and crooks… do yourself a favor and avoid otherwise you get caught up in their illegal traps…
I drove 30 minutes to get here today and I arrived several minutes before closing time but they would not help me with banking even though there was no line. At this time of year we need cash and they should do better with their customer service. I'm very disappointed. If they're going to close early they need to update their hours on their website and on Google.
The Manager Brandon just yelled at me over the phone and tried to hang up while he was supposed to connect with me back on Tuesday and never did. He began to talk over me repeatedly while raising his voice as if I am suppose to be submissive to him since I am a woman. 5/3 Bank is this the MAN you want running this branch? It is 2023 he should know not to talk down to a woman like this EVER.
Can you all please do something about your bushes that are coming th view when you pull out to the back section of your building. I’ve came too close many time to getting hit bc you cannot see vehicles to pull out. Thank you
Avoid this place at all costs. If you try to take a check in here that is drawn in this bank, they will try to charge you a fee if you don’t have an account, even though the company who issued the check is paying them thousands of dollars a year in fees already. Also, they don’t even know the policies of their own clients. They also flat out rejected me from cashing two checks because they were over 6 months old. Told me to call and ask for a re-issue.
