11.20.2024 I was offered to exchange my security credit card for a regular one. I asked if my credit score would drop, the bank employee reassured me that everything would be fine and I would only lose 3-4 pts and then everything would be restored. Now I find out that the bank employee completely closed my account and made me a new credit card. Now my credit score has dropped by 80 pts. I have lost a whole year of my credit history. worst bank ever holding my pmi hostage while keep trying me to spend money on appraisals which i did and they still wont remove it they bought my mortgage from my lender and im sorry they did they are the worst and basic criminals in suits
