The level of incompetence is shocking. Working with these people is beyond painful. They have dropped the ball on at least 4 things I have requested them do. For example, Changing the auto withdraw information for our mortgage should be simple since we moved our checking account to a different bank. Not here, several loan people later, incorrect paperwork, and now they have the audacity to tell me I have to call their 800 number to straighten out their mess. Really? Lady and male working on 8/21 2p were unreasonable, rude and lazy. Maybe more people would bank with you if you were kind and helpful not rude curt and vulgar. Disgusting bank and staff
Asked for quarters after being able to for over 4+ years and was told no rudely by a lady when we were told to open an account we did now it has to be a business account ? Never do business with these people I see why no one is in there
