people inside are cool but the app and website never work. My funds were being stolen from my account and it wouldnt let me sign in to lock the account. Will be seeking further action against the comapny
I have no problem with the bank but the ATM company they use MoneyPass® fee-free ATM network is horrible. That machine keeps breaking down & they can't keep it fixed. It's very inconvenient. Because of that reason I will be opening a new account at a different bank. If possible, they need to get rid of the MoneyPass ATM network.

Had rolled change to put into my account. They told me they don't take them. Which I've taken them before. Not only that im on a walker. Seeing the bag of change was heavy you think the so called gentleman would of helped me..nope. and did not get up to help me with the door..seeing I was having a problem. Nope. So I called the bank in Morton Grove and they told me yes they do take them as long as they're rolled. So I went there. And they were very pleasant.
