Had rolled change to put into my account. They told me they don't take them. Which I've taken them before. Not only that im on a walker. Seeing the bag of change was heavy you think the so called gentleman would of helped me..nope. and did not get up to help me with the door..seeing I was having a problem. Nope. So I called the bank in Morton Grove and they told me yes they do take them as long as they're rolled. So I went there. And they were very pleasant.
This review is not specific to the actual bank office, instead, this review is for the entire Bank! My online access, phone access and atm access were also locked due me logging on to my mobile website account multiple times in a day. Though I appreciate the Bank trying to protect my account, the process in place to unlock the account is absolutely ridiculous! Nonexistent given what day you call them! Worst bank office I ever had for my life. The lady who is in charge the office don't know banking systems and totally no respect to their customers.
This bank has always been great to me. Their understanding and kind. Thank you to Druv Patel today for helping me with my withdrawal.
