Maybe the worst banking experience I've had through fifth third.
Horrible customer guest service. They Will constantly ignore you if you come through the drive through. I’ve waited up to 20-25 minutes just to be addressed when obviously no one is in the lobby. If they don’t want to wait in drive through then close it down. When the issue is addressed they are so rude and send your deposits back and tell you to go somewhere else. They really need to be retrained or investigated for the horrible service they provide
Horrible. They need a real manager to fix this terribly run branch. I wanted to withdraw 6500 dollars. Each teller didn't have enough money. Waited forever for them to get it. You'd think a bank would have money ready to give out to their customers
