I am a crisis counselor that rides along with an officer. On today, my officer stopped at this location to use the restroom, they let him use the restroom with no problems. I went behind my officer to use the restroom and I was told, I’m sorry we don’t have a restroom available. I said, ma’am you just let my officer use your restroom. There was nothing she could say. Of course, my officer is a white male and I’m a black woman!
I have had nothing but good service from this bank. Now, calling the main branch has been dicey in the customer service area, but that's why I go into this bank to speak to a person. They always help me and they maintain the upmost "can do" attitude when the service line says "no". And they get it done!
Maybe the worst banking experience I've had through fifth third.
