I recently opened my account online. Within 24 hours, I received a call from Annette Harrison. She works at the Kennesaw branch near Jiles road. We discussed my reasons for opening the account. We also discussed all of my financial concerns (retirement & mortgage loans). The conversation was very informative, and I felt Annette was genuinely concerned with my needs. I am a remote worker. Therefore, I rarely go inside any of my banks. However, I will definitely go by this branch soon to have another conversation with Annette.
I've never had an issue with this location and is my preferred location. Everyone is friendly and quick to help. I don't usually leave reviews but I saw they had a 2.9 rating so I thought I would give them some love.
Makayla and Annette were extremely professional after being hung up on while talking with a customer service supervisor. They helped fixed all of my issues and made me feel extremely appreciated
Have been with the bank almost 2 months never got my debit card they can’t print a temporary card and every time I ask about it I hear 2 days you will get it ? (Why does no management do their job this happens every time and I asked 2 of them )is actually the words out of the bankers mouth as they looked into when I can get the card sent . I drive here every time I need my Direct deposits that’s my money and I have to wait till 10 am and Sunday I can’t touch my money .!
