Have been banking with fifth third for years. Over the last couple of years. I've come to realize this bank is the worst bank in the United States. If I can go back and change it all I would have never banked here. They are impossible to get the app to work right. It is impossible to get anyone to help you. It's just frustrating.
I've been locked out of my account many times to the point I had to call to unlock it. Password reset wouldnt work. If you do get a password reset you need your account number. Its convoluted and cumbersome, I won't be doing business with 5th/3rd in the future.
