My experiences at this branch of Fifth Third Bank have always been pleasant overall & they typically get transactions completed very expediently. I am my mother’s conservator & I do her banking here. The customer service at this branch is great.
Whatever you do DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE with this bank. tl;dr - customer service is broken and you're likely to get locked out of your own account with no recourse. I bought a house in 2020. The loan was transferred to fifth third bank. As soon as that happened I stopped getting any information about the mortgage. They don't send you any information about what's going on with the loan and continue to take money from you. I was locked out of my account and even with the "forgot your password" option, was sent around in circles ... read more
I've had an account here for over 10 years. Went to cash a postal money order today and was told they can't do that for immediate access. Absolutely bonkers. Will be closing all my accounts with Fifth Third and going anywhere else.
The branch manager is very arrogant and I will not go back to the branch any more. Very disappointed.
